IT technical and language mobility

Building on its initial success, the student exchange program between HELHa and Thomas More has officially transitioned from a pilot project to a permanent annual fixture within our CoVE ecosystem. This strategic initiative bridges the linguistic gap between Belgium’s French and Dutch-speaking regions through hands-on technical collaboration.

Over two intensive weeks, students rotate between institutions to master the full data lifecycle: HELHa provides deep-dive expertise in Data Integration and Centralization, while Thomas More leads advanced training in Database Management and Machine Learning via Python. By solving complex technical challenges together, students develop vital professional networks and cross-border synergies, preparing them for the multilingual, high-tech reality of the Belgian data center industry.
