WP1 has ensured that CEDCE operates on a strong and structured foundation ๐
Key achievements include:
๐ A complete governance structure with a Steering Committee, Daily Advisory Board, monthly WP Leaders meetings, and a dedicated secretariat.
๐ A refined and updated work plan that guides the next phases of the project.
๐ Shared project tools such as a central monitoring system and a collaborative SharePoint environment used by all partners.
๐ Regular online and inโperson meetings that ensure transparent communication, coordination, and progress.
WP1 confirms that CEDCE stands on a solid operational backbone โ ready to move confidently into the second half of the project ๐ช
