To combat the severe shortage of specialized human resources in the industrial and technological sectors, the CoVE has implemented a high-impact knowledge-sharing model. To date, this partnership has facilitated a continuous flow of technical interns into local industries, like, STARTCAMPUS, CBRE and M.E.L.S. Group. This "hands-on" exchange ensures that students are trained in real-world environments while providing companies with a pipeline of talent ready to handle the complex requirements of critical systems.
