As part of our Midterm Report series, we turn to Work Package 5 โ Knowledge & Skills Transfer, where collaboration truly comes alive.
Achievements so far:
๐ Five major physical gatherings: Groningen, Kotka, Sines, Fredericia, and Sligo โ with more than 170 participants.
๐ A pilot teacher exchange, setting the framework for future staff mobility.
๐ Strong alignment between workpackages to ensure coherent knowledge flow across mobility, curriculum, and training.
